McCaw Hall. Joint Performance with Seattle Kokkon Taiko during opening event for the summer opera season. Time to be  determined. Performance pending confirmation.

 

North American Taiko Conference. The oldest and largest bi-annual Taiko conference in the world, featuring workshops, performances, discussions, panels and a Taiko marketplace. Held on the campus of University of California San Diego (15 miles north of the downtown area). Kaze performers will be attending and participating in multi-group performances.

 

75th Remembrance of the Puyallup Assembly Center (Camp Harmony; staging camp for the Japanese-American internement camps); Sponsored by Puyallup Chapter JACL. At the fairgrounds on the Coca Cola Stage.  Lori Matsukawa is emcee; Tom Ikeda of Densho is keynote speaker.  Kaze to open the program at will perform with members of other regional Taiko groups in a joint set. Time to be determined. Perfomancee pending confirmation.

 

90th Anniversary of the Kubota Garden. Time to be determined, Performance pending confirmation.
